I think for man carrer is important
because if he has no career how he will support their family

Hmm... I'm not sure what Book of Philosophy you're referring to. But that reminds me that in the Bible Jesus was asking his disciples to leave everything behind them, including their family. My interpretation of this is that unselfishly serving your family is a great good but that choosing instead to follow a Prophet is just as good. So what does that leave us with following our career? What if someone is working for NGO... would it be ok to let go of some of their family obligations. I think at the end of the day it's really a matter of personal choice.

Career IS Nothing more Important than Family but it has its Own importance and its depend upon the Situation in which You are Asking this question.
